Sports Performance

Here, we aim to get young athletes acclimated with the weight room. Age oriented, our sports performance coaches program specific workouts to fit your teams sport, age, and experience.

Saturday Boot Camp

Where grit meets functional fitness.

From Prana, this Saturday class challenges members to step out of their comfort zone and enjoy a combination of cardio and weights. Weather permitting, Saturday boot camp is designed to get outside and sweat. In the past, we’ve had boot camps at Alcova, Paradise Valley Park, NCHS Track, and more locations.
